In order to improve the communication skills for employees in the company, the Board of Directors cooperated with Novaliches Training School to held the "Customer Service and Complaint Handling Skills" for all employees in two days 23.24 / 06/2018.
Throughout the course, employees recognize the importance of the customer for effective communication methods to increase positive and cooperative relationships in the workplace. Besides, staffs know how to handle conflicts and customer dissatisfaction (refusal, objection, etc.)
